Managing your Account

Creating an Account
You may be required to create an account upon your first purchase.

Registering with us comes with the following advantages:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Modify pending orders
  • Save and manage your addresses to checkout faster
  • Subscription to our newsletter to stay informed on new arrivals, sales and other updates

Forgot your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. An email will then be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

Account-related Inquiries & Data Protection
At There VND Then, you always  have control over your personal information.

As a customer, you can access your account at any time by logging into your account online.
You can also request that your account be deleted by following the instructions in the “Contact Us” section below. As soon as any outstanding or open issues is resolved, your account will be deleted.

Your Order

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and will include your order number and all relevant details pertaining to your purchase.
Please note that for exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.
If you notice any errors on your order confirmation please contact us so we can update your order. You can also review your order details by accessing your There VND Then Account at any time.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of 1-2 business days is required before the order is packed and shipped.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (ICT) may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed on the next business day starting at 9:00 AM (ICT.)
Please note that during peak sale periods, processing times may vary.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped.

We will always do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before the order enters our shipping queues. For prompt assistance, please contact Customer Care.

Order Status
To Verify Your Order Status:

  • Login into your ThereVNDThen account
  • Click on “My Orders” on the left-hand side
  • Under Status, the order status will be marked as either Processing or Completed

Shipping & Handling

Shipping Information
There VND Then ships everywhere in Vietnam.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the tracking number.  You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Duties and Taxes
Our price includes VAT. You will not be subject to any other duties upon delivery.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

There VND Then orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm.

There VND Then cannot take responsibility for failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

VAT Invoice

You can request VAT invoice by simply fill up Billing Address with corporate name, address and tax code.

If you made online payment, VAT invoice will be sent with your parcel.

If you select Cash On Delivery, please contact Customer Care within 24 hours from order receiving time.

There VND Then is official retailer of the brands that we stock and guarantees the authenticity of every product.

Sizing
Sizing will vary considerably among designers and brands. In order to help you choose the best fit, we provide the following sizing information on every product page:

We know that finding the right size isn’t always easy. That’s why we’re here to help.

Garment Care
For accurate guidelines, please follow the specific care instructions indicated on the garment label. We will also provide a guide for you with every purchase.

*Natural Fabrics:
Natural Fabrics are derived from materials produced by plants and animals that are spun into filament, thread or rope to be woven, knitted or bound.

Cotton

  • Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle
  • Tumble dry on low setting

Linen
• Machine wash in warm water, gentle wash cycle

  • Tumble dry on cool, remove when still slightly damp

Cashmere
• Hand wash in lukewarm water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist

  • Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight

Mohair

  • Dry clean is highly recommended
  • Otherwise, hand wash in lukewarm water
  • Lay flat to dry

Wool

  • Hand wash in lukewarm water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
  • Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight

Silk

  • Dry clean is highly recommended
  • Hand wash in lukewarm water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Iron inside-out on low setting

*Synthetic Fabrics:
Synthetic Fabrics are textiles made from man-made materials rather than natural ones.

Denim

  • Machine wash inside-out in warm water, gentle wash cycle
  • Lay flat to dry highly recommended

Elastane

  • Machine wash in mesh washing bag in cold water, gentle wash cycle
  • Lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on low setting
  • Iron on low setting
  • Dry clean is not recommended

Modal
• Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle

  • Tumble dry on low setting, remove when slightly damp to reduce wrinkling

Nylon

  • Machine wash in cold water, according to cycle on garment label
  • Tumble dry on low setting, adding a dryer sheet will greatly reduce static
  • Iron when necessary on cool setting

Neoprene

  • Hand wash in lukewarm water
  • Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean or expose to heat for extended periods of time

Polyester

  • Machine wash inside out in warm water, permanent press cycle
  • Tumble dry on low setting

Polyamide

  • Machine wash in cold water, normal wash cycle
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Iron inside-out on low setting

Rayon

  • Hand wash in cold water. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Iron inside-out while still damp on low setting

Satin

  • Hand wash in cold water, or machine wash on gentle wash cycle. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Iron inside-out on low setting with no steam

Viscose

  • Hand wash in cold water, or machine wash on gentle wash cycle. Do not wring, squeeze, or twist
  • Lay flat to dry
  • Iron inside-out while still damp on low setting

*Leather Goods:
It is normal for leather goods, such as handbags, shoes, wallets etc. to bear natural imperfections and irregularities.

These natural imperfections make every piece original and exclusive to you.

Natural-grained Leather
Natural-grained leather is premium-grade hide that has not been buffed to showcase the skin’s natural “grain” or texture.

  • Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt

Embossed Leather
Embossed leather is leather that has been stamped to achieve a distinctive pattern.

  • Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt

Buffed Leather
Buffed leather is leather from which the top layer of grain has been removed to achieve a soft and clean surface.
• Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt

Patent Leather
Patent leather is a coated leather with a glossy varnished surface.

  • Clean any dust or dirt with a damp cloth
  • Remove any scuff marks with a patent leather cleaner
  • Buff the leather to a high shine

Suede Leather
Suede is a leather that has a soft napped surface.

  • Before use, seal the suede with a professional suede sealant to help repel dirt.
  • To treat a liquid spill, pat the area with a clean cloth and then apply a layer of cornmeal or talcum powder on the stain. Let it set overnight, then brush with a suede brush to remove the dried powder.
  • For dried stains, rub with a kneaded eraser or emery board. For heavier stains, blot with white vinegar and a clean towel. Repeat as needed until stain disappears.

Pricing and Payment

The price and currency of items are shown in VND.
In order to ensure the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Invoice will be issued in VND following local regulations.

Please note only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

Payment Error Troubleshooting
If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.
If the error message states ‘transaction cannot be processed, contact customer care’ please contact us , and we will be able to further assist you.

Personal Information
All information shared with There VND Then when placing an order is confidential.

We use secure systems in order to ensure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private.

Our Return Policy

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Selected items can be returned within 07 days from the date you receive your order.
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Accessories: Underwear, Swimwear, Socks, Hats, Scarves, Belts, Watches, Wallets, Jewelry etc.
    • Home-ware: Candles, Carpets, Towels, Toys and Umbrellas…
    • Stationery
    • Print Goods: Books, Magazines, and Stickers etc.
    • Cosmetic Goods: Grooming products, Fragrances etc.
  • All costs/fees of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return packages are the customer’s responsibility until received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
  • Please contact Customer Care for assistance with returns.
  • There VND Then reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.
  • Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Faulty Items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase.

If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Care as soon as possible.

Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a voucher with the value of that item.

Customized Items
Due to the nature of customized orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you

How to Initiate a Return
Your package will not be shipped with any return slips. Instead, we ask that you download your return slip on the following link.

  3. Fill out the form with the item(s) which you want to return. Please fill out all the required information. You find all details in your original Invoice
  4. Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the There VND Then box
  5. Use the following address for the shipping label

Attention: Returns

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time; however we do accept returns.

We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund with a voucher and use this voucher to place a new order for the appropriate item.

Refunds

We do not offer money refunds. After we receive the return in our warehouse, you will receive e-mail which includes a voucher with a customized code which has the same value as your return. You can make new purchase with this code.

In case you don’t receive, lose or cannot find the code, please contact Customer Care and they will do their best to assist you.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
