  • Digital Marketing Supervisor

    In charge of leading all performance marketing activities to raise brand awareness and create call-to-action strategy/tactics to attract customers to the store (off/online).

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
    • Work closely with the team to build social media marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research
    • Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company’s social content visibility and improve target audience engagement (KPIs, likes, shares, etc.)
    • Help to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to promote the brand; its products and services
    • Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs
    • Track the social media and website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly to help the Content team reaches the audience
    • Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, and PPC campaigns
    • Optimize the landing pages of paid search engine marketing campaign
    • Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments
    • Recommend the optimum digital marketing tactics based on previous analytics reports and in accordance with the business objectives
    • Manage organization’s website
    • Increase the marketing funnel efficiencies
    • Others ad-hoc tasks to be given at work


    – Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience; with strong business acumen and operational effectiveness 
    – Management/Supervisory experience required
    – Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports and communicate analysis
    – Proven success creating and executing effective marketing strategies, with the ability to communicate that vision in a pragmatic way using benchmarking and key metrics
    – Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    – Trained working with Facebook business, Google Analytics, SEA/SEO strategies
    – Highly organized and efficient with time management skills; detail oriented
    – Candidates with a previous experience in retail, fashion or e-commerce are welcome to apply
    – Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
    – Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Fluency in any other language is a plus
